About Us
MDA NatureTech Adventures LLC [NatureTech Adventures] was founded in 2023 and provides a mix of technical consulting and training related to cybersecurity and other technical security, and technical innovation utilizing renewable energy and environmentally sustainable resources. Our main focuses at NatureTech Adventures are preparedness as it relates to secure private networks, and integrating technology into daily professional and personal life while minimizing negative environmental impacts. We enable our clients to effectively and discreetly create strategic plans for continuity and innovation. At NatureTech Adventures we believe that each organization, group, and individual should have dependably secure and fully available networks regardless of natural or man-made issues.
NatureTech Adventures also provides opportunities for youth to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics focused on preparedness and sustainability through targeted in-person and virtual programming. We are committed to enabling equitable access to technology and training that enable youth to develop the skills needed to innovate and develop impactful solutions to current and emerging challenges. NatureTech Adventures welcomes partnerships with non-profit organizations, government entities, private companies, and the public.

Meet Our Founder
Makaria Lewis-Green is the Founder and CEO of MDA NatureTech Adventures LLC. Ms. Lewis-Green founded NatureTech Adventures to provide direct consultative services to organizations seeking to explore security-related emerging and alternative technologies, while maximizing use of natural resources. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast that loves exploring nature just as much as she enjoys exploring emerging technology and developing technological solutions. She is a mother, wife, U.S. Army veteran, and former Defense Intelligence Senior Executive.
Prior to founding NatureTech Adventures in 2023, Ms. Lewis-Green served as a Defense Intelligence Senior Executive and led an organization within the National Security Agency that facilitated sensitive technical and operational support. In leading NatureTech Adventures, Makaria draws on her decades of experience in the federal government and private sector wherein she provided invaluable intelligence, cybersecurity, and emergency management support to military and diplomatic missions. Most notably, Makaria served in senior positions within the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Ms. Lewis-Green holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Security and Defense, and a graduate Certificate in International Human Rights, from the University of Denver, Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, Certificate in Legal Studies, and a Certificate in International Studies, from the University of Tulsa. Ms. Lewis-Green holds an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree, and a Certificate in Digital Forensics and Information Assurance, from Anne Arundel Community College. She holds a Certified Critical Infrastructure Protection Specialist certificate from Texas A&M University Engineering Service. Ms. Lewis-Green also maintains several professional certifications related to information assurance, cybersecurity, and executive management.
